Let's build LIT Careers.

Values
What guides
our work.
Radical Access
We believe that a 'brighter start' should not be a privilege of the well-connected. We are committed to dismantling the information gap by providing every graduate—regardless of their background or zip code—with the high-level career tools and strategic insights usually reserved for the elite.
Evidence-Based Integrity
At LIT Careers, we don't believe in "hacks" or shortcuts. Our platform is built on a foundation of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other characteristics (KSAOs)—the gold standard framework used by industrial psychologists and hiring experts to define job performance. By bridging the gap between university theory and industry reality, we provide a trustworthy path forward. We use rigorous academic research and real-world labor market data to ensure our users are equipped with the actual KSAOs that modern employers demand, transforming "job readiness" from a vague concept into a measurable advantage.
Human-AI Synergy
We champion the 'Human' in Human-AI collaboration. Our mission is to empower graduates to become orchestrators of technology, not passive users of it. We value the unique intuition and professional identity of the individual, using Generative AI to amplify their voice, not replace it.
